SupperAgent is an AI-powered meal planning and cooking assistant that helps you discover recipes, plan weekly meals, build shopping lists, and receive step-by-step cooking guidance. Our service uses large language models and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to provide personalized culinary suggestions tailored to your household's preferences, dietary needs, and cooking equipment.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use SupperAgent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
SupperAgent is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@supperagent.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Recipes you save, meal plans you create, cooking notes you add, and other content you input into SupperAgent remain yours. You grant SupperAgent a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not sell your recipes or personal meal data to third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time through your account settings.
SupperAgent uses artificial intelligence to generate recipe suggestions, meal plans, ingredient substitutions, and cooking guidance. While we strive to provide helpful and accurate information, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions.
AI-generated recipes and nutritional information are not a substitute for professional dietary, medical, or nutritional advice. If you have food allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions related to a medical condition, or specific nutritional needs, please consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian before relying on SupperAgent's suggestions.
SupperAgent does not guarantee that suggested recipes are free of allergens. Always verify ingredients carefully if you have food allergies.
SupperAgent and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EricksonWorks LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or its underlying software without our written permission.
The SupperAgent name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of EricksonWorks LLC. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ERICKSONWORKS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ERICKSONWORKS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ZERO DOLLARS ($0 USD).
